When The KNORR Chef of the Year competition took place at The Restaurant show it was once again Solutions2 who were chosen to design and build the purpose made competition theatre.

The area which included prep and full working kitchen space for each of the competitors as well as a viewing gallery for visitors was the setting for the most highly respected biennial culinary challenge in the industry today with past winners including Steve Love, Mark Sargeant, Bruce Sangster and Gordon Ramsay.

“KNORR National Chef of the Year is the biggest and most sought after title in the culinary calendar so the competition theatre had to meet the demands of 40 fired up chefs competing for this title. Solutions 2 provided a fantastic service from concepts right through to the final theatre build. A year in the planning and we still made changes at the eleventh hour which S2 accommodated every step of the way”
